The route concept proposal for East Cliff Drive from 9th Avenue to 12th Avenue, which was approved by your Board on November 23,2004, included the installation of a pedestrian pathway along the Schwan Lake side of the roadway. Geotechnical investigations have been completed, which indicate that extensive areas of unconsolidated fill material underlie much of the proposed path. Moffatt Nichol Engineers was retained under a previous purchase order to the conclusions of the geotechnical engineers and to suggest viable structural alternatives
