This Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 25th day of August 2021 by and between Kohl’s Illinois, Inc. (Kohl’s, Inc.) n.k.a. KIN, Inc. (the “Property Owner”) and the Board of Education of the Pickerington Local School District (the “Board of Education”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
