This Sloan IOT Product Software End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and the Sloan Valve Company and/or Sloan Global Holdings and their respective applicable affiliates (collectively “Sloan”) for use of embedded product software, owned or licensed by Sloan, which may also include firmware, application Product Software, documentation, interfaces, associated device data and updates involving Sloan Products installed at commercial, government and higher-education restroom facilities owned, leased, managed, serviced or controlled by you (collectively “Product Software”). If you are using Sloan Products with Sloan Subscription Services to remote monitor and/or control Sloan Products in commercial, government and/or higher-education restroom facilities that your organization owns, leases, manages, services or controls, you represent and warrant that you have legal authority to bind that organization to this EULA, and you are doing so on behalf of that organiza
