THIS MASTER SERVICES AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into (“Effective Date”) by and between oPEN inc. d/b/a SafetyPAD, a Minnesota corporation with its principal place of business located at 7760 France Avenue South, 11th Floor, Minneapolis Minnesota 55435 (“SafetyPAD”) and Boynton Beach Fire Rescue, a Municipal Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Service with its principal place of business located at 2080 High Ridge Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 (“Licensee”). SafetyPAD and Licensee may be individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
