Agreement on Cooperation between the National Labour Inspectorate in the Republic of Poland and the National Labour Inspectorate in the Slovak Republic was signed in Malá Lučivná on 14 March 2013 and it replaced the Protocol on Cooperation of 8 February 2008. The scope of the agreement was extended, a.o. to exchange of information on the posting of workers in line with the provisions of the Directive 96/71/EC and addressing requests for information concerning employment conditions of Polish and Slovak employees performing work in the territory of the other country.
