This LEASE (hereinafter “LEASE”), for good and valuable consideration, and pursuant to Ordinance 2007- , enacted March 13, 2007, is made and entered into by and between the KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH, an Alaska municipal corporation whose address is 144 North Binkley Street, Soldotna, Alaska 99669, (hereinafter called "KPB"), and MARATHON OIL COMPANY, INC., an Ohio corporation, whose address is P.O. Box 196168, Anchorage, Alaska 99519-6168 (hereinafter called "LESSEE").
