THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT FOR GROUND HANDLERS (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2017, by and between HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”) and PRIMEFLIGHT AVIATION SERVICES, INC. d/b/a PRIMEFLIGHT OF DE, INC., a corporation registered in the State of Delaware and authorized to conduct business in the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) (individually and collectively hereinafter referred to as “Party” or “Parties”).
