This Agreement is entered into between the Newark Unified School District (NUSD) and Every Special Child LLC (CONTRACTOR). NUSD is authorized by Government Code Section 53060 to contract for the furnishing of special services and advice in financial, economic, accounting, engineering, legal, and administrative matters with persons specially trained, experienced, and competent to perform such services. CONTRACTOR is specifically trained, experienced, and competent to provide such services.
