For the Subscription Period, Crimson Tide shall use its reasonable endeavours to: (a) make the Hosted Solution available for ninety- nine per cent (99%) of the time (measured each calendar month), except during Maintenance; and (b) make Support available in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
