ETHICS AGREEMENTEthics Agreement • March 13th, 2013
By signing this agreement the Participant agrees to abide by ELAA’s Statement of Ethics and to pay the annual membership fee (see enclosed invoice). The Statement of Ethics is attached and incorporated by this reference. This Participant agrees that failure to comply with the Statement of Ethics may result in the suspension of the Participant (By- Law 6.1) and its agents or representatives from any and all participation in current and future ELAA activities. It is further agreed that payment of the annual membership fee must be made by cheque payable to ELAA. This cheque is to be forwarded to the Treasurer of the ELAA Executive.
