This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiffs Samehesha Williams and Claude Morin (“Plaintiffs”) and defendant KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. (“KSEA” or “Defendant”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and KSEA collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
