This is the Third Addendum to that certain Lease Agreement between Landlord's predecessor and Tenant's predecessor dated January 28, 2005. This Third Addendum to Lease hereinafter refened to as the "Third Addendum" or "this Addendum". In the event there is any conflict between this Addendum and any other part of the Lease, this Addendum shall control.
