The Board of Education of the East Jordan Public School District (hereinafter called the Board) hereby recognizes the East Jordan Teacher Assistant Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all teacher assistants and library assistants in the East Jordan School District, but excluding all supervisory and executive personnel (including the day care director and/or coordinator and day care staff), substitutes, and all other employees of the East Jordan Schools.
