PrimaCare Direct shall provide the Services in accordance with appropriate standards of medical care and professional practice in the community. The Patient acknowledges and understands that this Agreement does not provide health insurance coverage and is not a contract of insurance. The Patient acknowledges and understands that this Agreement does not cover any health care services performed by providers outside of PrimaCare Direct Partners, including, but not limited to, specialty care, hospital and emergency room services, medications, diagnostic imaging and lab tests.
