ENGAGEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made between the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”), a United States Government corporation, and the Republic of Senegal acting through its (the “Government”), as represented by its Ministry of Infrastructure, Land Transport, and Improved Access. The Government and MCC are referred to herein as the “Parties” and each, individually, a “Party.”
