THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made effective between the COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF HARFORD COUNTY, INC., a nonprofit Maryland corporation and community foundation ("Foundation"), and ("Donor"), to create an endowed donor advised fund of the Foundation. All persons and organizations making contributions to this fund shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
