We understand that your organization (the "Broker") represents a client that is interested in pursuing the acquisition of the property located at 14800‐14820 Central Ave SE, Albuquerque NM 87123 (the "Property") which is owned by our client, ABQ Canyon, LLC, (the "Owner"). To assist you in your evaluation of a potential acquisition of that Property currently managed or controlled by Owner, and in consideration of the agreements contained in this Broker Confidentiality Agreement we will provide you with certain information concerning the Property. As a condition to furnishing you with such information, Broker agrees to treat confidentially such information and any other information (collectively the "Evaluation Material") which Owner, its affiliates, partners, lenders, employees, agents, attorneys, accountants, advisors, real estate agents or references (collectively the "Representatives") furnish to Broker.
