This Statement of Work is subject to and governed by Medopad’s standard terms and conditions as set out at http://www.medopad.com/medopad_Ltd/Medopad_PM_Software_Licence_Agreement_111116.pdf (the “Standard Terms”). Any defined terms used, but not otherwise defined in this Statement of Work, shall have the same meaning as in the Standard Terms. If there is any conflict between any term in this Statement of Work and the Standard Terms, this Statement of Work shall take precedent.
