This AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES together with Addenda and Exhibits (collectively, the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this August 1, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between Bayou Speech Group, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“Bayou Speech”), having its principal place of business at P.O. Box 15403, Baton Rouge, LA 70895 and Charter Schools USA at Iberville, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“School”), having its principal place of business at 24360 Enterprise Blvd., Plaquemine, LA 70764.
