This Emergency Use Test Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Confirm Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”) and the purchaser identified below (“Purchaser”). This Agreement shall govern all purchases and uses of all Covid 19 Rapid Cassette IgG/IgM tests (collectively “Tests) purchased by the Purchaser from the Company.
