THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made and entered into this day of June, 2024 (“Effective Date”), is by and between TWIN SHORES PROPERTIES, LLC (“Grantor”), with a mailing address of 1333 13th Street, East Moline, Illinois 61244, and TOWN OF MANLIUS (“Grantee”), with a mailing address of 301 Brooklea Drive, Fayetteville, New York 13066. Grantor and Grantee are referred to herein individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
