This Service Order For UltraDNS Managed External Service ("Service Order") is entered into as of the last date signed below ("Service Order Effective Date") by and between Security Services, LLC, a Neustar company, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 21575 Ridgetop Circle, Sterling, Virginia, 20166 (Neustar) and the customer listed below ("Customer"). This Service Order is subject to that certain Master Services Agreement between the Parties with an Effective Date of 08/19/2020 (MSA), the terms and conditions of which are incorporated as if fully set forth herein. Capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning set forth in the MSA.
