This Cardholder Agreement, between you and Green Dot Bank, the issuer of your Card, sets forth the terms of both the non-personalized card that came in the package at a Retailer or the non-personalized card or temporary card number that you may receive when you sign up online (your “Temporary Card”) and the personalized card that you may receive after you register your Card or sign up online (your “Personalized Card”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Card, save your receipt and cancel the Card by calling us at the number on the back of the Card. If you cancel your Card within 30 days of its purchase at a Retailer, we will refund any Initial Purchase Fee or Monthly Charge assessed and any money remaining on your Card. By using the Card, or allowing someone else to use the Card, you agree to the terms of this Cardholder Agreement.
