This EULA is a legal agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") between Sysmalogic and you, either an individual representing a single business or entity, or a single business or entity representing the end users under which this license Agreement implies. (hereinafter "Licensee"). This Agreement covers all software, all current available license grants, associated media, any printed materials, data, files and information and any "online" or electronic documentation which it accompanies, and which has been provided to Licensee as firstly a trial version and a free limited featured version which is automatically enforced after trial period has expired, without payment of any fees or costs. Licensee aknowleges that in order to use the full version software after the trial period has expired and to use the software with extended functionality other than of the free version, a purchased license file is required.
