This Nyotron Software License Evaluation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made, by and between you (both the individual installing the Software and any single legal entity on behalf of which such individual is acting) (“You” or “Licensee”) and Nyotron Information Security, Ltd. (including its subsidiaries, “Nyotron”) regarding the software program(s) made available for download with this Agreement. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.
