It is acknowledged by the parties that W.W. Grainger, Inc. requested approval of The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) to lower the cost to TIPS Members pursuant to the W.W. Grainger, Inc. TIPS Vendor Agreement 180406 MRO Supplies and Equipment by changing the proposed and awarded minimum discount of 0% to a minimum discount of 5%. It is thus agreed and accepted by TIPS that for the remaining life of the TIPS Vendor Agreement 180406 MRO Supplies and Equipment with W.W. Grainger, Inc., the minimum discount offer to TIPS Members shall be 5% off catalog prices.

The following Contract, and all rights and obligations herein, have been permanently assigned by the originally awarded vendor to the Assignee, United Training Commercial, LLC, DBA United Training, who is now the legal party to this Contract as documented in the attached, executed Permanent Assignment, signed by authorized signatories for all parties.
