This is a licence agreement and not an agreement for sale. This licence agreement (Agreement) is a legal agreement between you, the end user (Licensee), and Micromine Pty Ltd (Licensor) each individually hereafter referred to as a “party”, and, collectively, referred to as the “parties” to this Agreement.
