In lieu of submission of erosion and sediment control and stormwater management plans for the construction of this single family dwelling, I am submitting an improvement sketch per the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act. I agree to comply with any reasonable requirements determined necessary by employees of Chesterfield County, representing the Erosion and Sediment Control Program and VSMP Administrator. Such requirements shall be based on the conservation standards contained in the Chesterfield County Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance and the pollution prevention practices contained in the Chesterfield County Stormwater Management and Water Quality Ordinance, and shall represent the minimum practices necessary to provide adequate control of erosion, sedimentation and pollution resulting from this project.
