This is an agreement between the City of Alden, Iowa (hereinafter referred to as the CITY) and Hardin County, Iowa (hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY) and the Iowa Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the Department), for funding through the Federal-aid Swap City Highway Bridge Program (HBP) under 761 Iowa Administrative Code (IAC) Chapter 161. The CITY and COUNTY shall collectively be referred to as the Recipient).
