The following terms and conditions are incorporated into, and are a part of, the City of Lake Wales WiFi Internet Access Service Agreement (the "Agreement") entered into by you ("Customer", "You", or "User(s)",) for You and others that make use of your the web accessing device and by the City of Lake Wales. The City of Lake Wales and You are the Parties to the Agreement, and are subject to these Terms and Conditions. The City of Lake Wales owns and maintains a computer and WiFi communications network (the "City of Lake Wales WiFi Network"), which it makes available for use by citizens and customers in the City of Lake Wales as the provider of the City of Lake Wales WiFi Service. The SSID for the City of Lake Wales Wifi Service will be CityNet.
