This EMPLOYEE LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective this day of September, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Adventist Health System/West, a California nonprofit religious corporation, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates, having its primary place of business at 2100 Douglas Boulevard, Roseville, California 95661 (“Adventist Health”) and Tulare Local Healthcare District, a local health care district of the State of California (“TLHD”).
