Having examined the requirements, conditions and schedule of quantities relating to the captioned work and having visited and examined the site of the works and also having acquired the requisite information relating thereto as affecting the tender. I/We hereby offer to take up the service contract for providing housekeeping services cleaning of wash rooms, toilets etc. at the RBI Office building at the rates mentioned in the attached schedule of quantities and in accordance with the conditions of the tender and conditions of contract attached hereto.
