THIS AMENDMENT Number Two (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment Two”) to Contract is made and entered into, upon execution of all necessary signatures, by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and Empower Annuity Insurance Company of America (“EAIC” or “Empower”) f/k/a Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company, with a place of business at 8515 East Orchard Road, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
