Memorandum of Understanding

This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by and between the County of Fresno, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County” or Mental Health Plan (“MHP”) or Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (“DMC-ODS”)), and each provider listed in Exhibit A “Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans List” (“MCP”), effective as of July 9, 2024 (“Effective Date”). MHP, MCP, and MCP’s relevant Subcontractors and/or Downstream Subcontractors may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
