THIS Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this day of 20 (“Effective Date”) by and between TVC Pro-Driver, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “TVC”), having its principal office at 3200 W. Wilshire Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73116 and (hereinafter referred to as “Fleet”), having its principal office at (each one a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
