This document (“Exhibit”) shall become an integral part of the Service Schedule signed by Customer (the “Agreement”) referring to these terms. This Exhibit serves as a written commissioned data processing agreement between Resolve Systems and each Data Controller providing Personal Data in connection with its use of the Service and furthermore defines the applicable technical and organizational measures Resolve Systems implements and maintains to protect Personal Data stored in the Service. The written form of this Exhibit shall be deemed to be evidenced upon Resolve Systems’ receipt of a signed Service Schedule.
