Applicable Law means as applicable and binding on the Customer, CANCOM UK and/or the Agreement:(a) any law, statute, regulation, by-law or subordinate legislation in force from time to time to which a party or this Agreement is subject and/or in any jurisdiction that the services under this Agreement are provided to or in respect of;(b) the common law and laws of equity as applicable to the parties from time to time;(c) any binding court order, judgment or decree; or(d) any applicable direction, policy, rule or order that is binding on a party and that is made or given by any regulatory body having jurisdiction over a party or any of that party’s assets, resources or business; Assumptions As defined in the Statement of Work Background IPR means any and all IPR that are owned by, or licensed to, CANCOM UK as at the date of this Agreement or which are or have been developed independently of this Agreement by CANCOM UK; Bribery Laws means the Bribery Act 2010 and all other applicable U
