THIS AGREEMENT to Donate Soils and Release of Claims ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 25th day of January, 2021, by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation ("City'') and the Pueblo Development Foundation, Inc., a Colorado corporation ("PDF"). City and PDF are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
