The Work Placement Provider is responsible for informing the Trainee about the relevant national laws, rules and regulations related to visas, resident permits, work permits, health and liability insurance and all other legal matters related to the work placement and stay abroad of the work placement Trainee. The Work Placement Provider will, within reasonable means, assist the Trainee in obtaining all required legal documents and permits related to the work placement.
