THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION (“Receiving Agency”) State Agency Number 529 and The University of Texas Health Science at Houston Center on behalf of its Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, State Agency Number 744 (“Performing Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for the establishment of a mental health/psychiatric residency stipend program (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
