The Customer (which for the purpose of this Rental Agreement includes its employees, servants and agents) hereby rents from TechRentals NZ Ltd (“TechRentals") the Equipment as referred to in the Rental Agreement which includes all items, articles, accessories, documents (including operating manuals) supplied with Equipment upon the following terms and conditions.
