Lone Star College (“College”) and Independent School District (herein referred to as the (“School District”) enter the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for the creation of College Preparatory Courses in Mathematics and English Language Arts (herein referred to as “College Preparatory Courses”) College and School District shall be known collectively as the “Parties” and singly as a “Party” or the “Party.”
