HUB PLASE OÜ, registry code 16258947, (the "SpaceHub"), represented by board member Shalva Laperashvili, hereby proposes to enter into a rental agreement (the "Agreement") under the conditions specified below. The agreement is deemed concluded upon acceptance of this tender agreement in the manner prescribed in this agreement. The person who concluded the contract is referred to as the "Customer" in the following; "SpaceHub" and "Customer" are together referred to as "Parties".
