WHEREAS the purpose of this agreement is to provide lawful and orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its Employees covered by this agreement, through the Union, to secure prompt disposition of grievances, to eliminate interruption of work, and interference with efficient operations of the Employer's business, and to maintain fair wages, hours of working conditions for the said Employees, all as set forth in this agreement.
