This Agreement is entered into effective September 1, 2008 by and between the Charlevoix Board of Education, the city of Charlevoix Michigan, hereinafter called the “Board”, and the Northern Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the “Association” through its local affiliate, the Charlevoix ESP. The signatories shall be the sole parties to this Agreement.
