THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between the City of La Center, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City", and Gray and Osborne Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", in consideration of the mutual benefits, terms, and conditions hereinafter specified.
