NINETH AMENDMENT TO THEInmate Telecommunications Location Agreement • November 20th, 2020
This Nineth Amendment (the “Nineth Amendment”), effective as of the last date of signature (“Effective Date”), entered hereto between the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (“Customer”) and Telmate, LLC (“Telmate”) shall serve as an amendment to the Inmate Telecommunications Location Agreement (the “Main Agreement”) entered on January 15, 2015. Customer and Telmate shall be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each a “Party”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the definitions set forth in the Main Agreement.
