This SPONSORSHIP AND PRODUCT REGISTRATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of the Effective Date (as defined below) sets forth the terms and conditions relating to the agreement between the undersigned (“Sponsor” or “Registrant”), Bowlero Sports and Entertainment Holdings, LLC (together with its affiliates, and successors and assigns, “Company”) and the undersigned bowling player participating at one or more Sponsor organized bowling tournaments (“Player”). This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, discussions or negotiations, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree to the Terms and Conditions attached hereto and the terms on this cover page.
