As discussed, to assist you in your transition to a new professional opportunity, CNSI (hereafter “CNSI” or “Company”) is offering you separation pay contingent upon you signing the enclosed separation agreement (“Agreement”). You have up to 21 days after receipt of this Agreement to consider whether to sign and date the Agreement, in which you waive important rights, including those under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (the “ADEA”). Please review the Agreement carefully as it sets forth the entire agreement with respect to the termination of your employment with the Company. We advise you to consult with an attorney of your choosing prior to signing this Agreement.
