This Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date first written on the last page of this Agreement by and between SEAS Productions or “SEAS” (the “Company”) and the undersigned independent contractor (“Consultant”) [The Company and Consultant are referred to as “party,” individually, and “parties,” collectively, sometimes herein]. The Company desires to retain Consultant as an independent contractor to perform services for the Company and Consultant is willing to perform such services for the Company according to the provisions set forth herein below.
